The piece consists of a stage or a dance-floor divided into squares lit from below by red lamps. The lamps blink in accordance with different patterns or pictures, from clear symmetry to flickering chaos. In the entrance of the exhibition space hangs a silver curtain. It is possible for the viewer to step up onto the piece and walk on it.
The patterns seem to turn the piece into something resembling a scene, a platform or perhaps some kind of game or code.
